Simplex CZ was founded in 2000 when it was registered as a limited liability company at the commercial register of the Czech Republic.

Since its foundation, Simplex CZ has been operating purely as a trading company specializing in Latin America. The company mainly deals with the export of commodities, food, raw materials, and technology primarily for food and brewing industry.

Due to long-term cooperation with dozens of renowned Czech, European, and non-European manufacturers, Simplex CZ offers its business partners a unique opportunity to access the non-traditional markets of the Caribbean region with their products.

From its headquarters in Prague, Simplex CZ manages export-import operations as well as the logistics.

Simplex CZ is represented in:

• Havana – export-import for the Republic of Cuba;
• Santo Domingo – export-import sales agency for the Dominican Republic and Haiti, as well as warehouses for retail and hotel industry;
• Panama City – trade with Central and South America;
• Istanbul – export-import agency for Turkey and the Middle East.
